If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
Right now it is not possible for visitors to upload files directly to your site. All content on your site needs to be posted by you. I am going to suggest two options for you to consider:
1.You could collect information from your visitors via a contact form and you would receive an email alert when someone filled in your form. You could then post anything they sent to your site. Here is a link to a post that will tell you how to add a form: Adding a form
2. The other option is to put an email link on your site. To add an email link to your website you can either type in your link text or use an image (use the "insert image" icon on the text editing toolbar to add an image inside a text widget).
* Highlight the text or image and click "insert link" on the text editing toolbar.
* A link editor will open up and the third option in the link editor dialog box allows you to create a link to an email address.
* Simply type in your email address and click "OK". To test that the link is working, save and preview your page. When you click on your email link, an email will open up in your default email program with the address already filled in.
