Hi Helen

Let me try my best to address all the questions you asked. =)

1. You can set up Yola in any way you'd like as long as it does not violate the TOS (http://www.yola.com/terms.html).

2. Yola is integrated with Paypal and they have an excellent tutorial on how to set this up with your site: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

3. There are no limits as to how many you can have for your site. There's also no bandwidth limits or the number of files you can upload. You just need to make sure that each file is 15mb or less.

4. You can certainly create image links. Here's a tutorial on how to accomplish this: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/... You will also need to create sub-pages to help achieve the idea that you explained. Here's a tutorial on how to do that: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

5. It is recommended that you use the Yola site builder to create your site to ensure that the inherent formatting from external sources does not interfere with the site. However, having said that, you can still copy your publisher content to Yola but it is recommended that you try this on a test page first in case it causes problems. One of the Yola champs has created a tutorial specifically for copying Publisher to Yola - http://getsatisfaction.com/yola/topic...

6. I'm not sure what you mean by dynamic content stuff? Can you extrapolate further on this?

7. You can certainly have a blog page. However, at this time, members cannot directly post to your blog. They are able to leave comments though by using a commenting platform such as Disqus (which is integrated with Yola), or an external one such as JS-Kit.com. Here's some information on blogging and how to add a commenting widget:
http://www.yola.com/tutorials/blogging
http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

8. You can easily implement a form in which people can fill out and is sent to you via email. There are two form builders integrated with Yola - Wufoo and Form Assembly which are available to you on the right-hand side under "content", then "forms". Many people also really enjoy using jotform.com which is an external form builder but you can embed it into your site using the HTML widget.

I hope I answered most of your questions. Please feel free to ask for further clarification if needed. =) We hope that you will join our community. This forum is really terrific at assisting people with their questions and their sites.

Hi Helen

Thanks for explaining the "dynamic content". You can certainly change or update your site as often as you wish. When you're ready to make it public, you just need to click on "update my site" and those change will be live.

There are no costs involved for a free subdomain. The site building tools themselves are also free. If you're looking to have a top-level domain, then there will be $20/year charge. Please take a look here for more information:
http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

As for getting you out on the "web" - you will need to do some promoting and learn the SEO language. You should also learn how to submit your site to google. Here's some really great tutorials on how to achieve this: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...
