I'm having problems loading a page from my site!

I am finding it impossible to load and edit the Jean Michel Jarre page of my website in the Yola editor. There appears to be a problem with the Amazon MP3 widgets. The problem is I can't delete them until the page loads!

When viewing the page from the web, the Amazon MP3 widgets appear blank.

Hope you can help?

I've now deleted the widgets at Amazon, but the page is still not loading in the Yola editor.

Hi Marky,

You could start by trying to log out - clear all the browsers history - and then log back in.

Then try and open the page in a different browser.

After that you could try clicking the refresh button or seeing if you are able to get to 'save as'. Anything to try and push it on.

If it still wont do anything i would wait for a staff response to see if they can do anything. But go ahead and do what i suggest above.

In the very end don't delete the page or republish - you still have a copy of the page on the live site. Which you can copy/paste from if needed.

After deleting the problematic widgets on the Amazon site, I decided to update my site from the home page, and then found that the Jean Michel Jarre page suddenly loaded - phew!

Anyway, I've now deleted those pesky MP3 widgets in Yola so they won't cause any more problems.

I see that the issue here was resolved when the user deleted a widget that was not working properly.

We would like to assist with the issue you have, but we will need more details. Can you describe in detail what has happened on your site?

For example, when you read this thread, did you try to solve it in the way that Mark N did? You will see that he had a widget that was causing problems and it was solved when he deleted it. If you have done this, what happened on your screen? Did you see an error message? What is happening on your screen now?

Any information will help us to help you.
