I am unable to edit my sites from my home laptop. I have cleared the cache etc.I have no difficulty at my office. Should I try another browser than Chrome?
Thanks. Cliff Walters .

I am also p***** off with all the hyperlink ads that are interrupting my trying to earn a living. I am moving to another sitebuilder if this carries on.

Hi CliffW,

We are not aware of any technical problems on our end that would prevent you from editing your site. The fact that you are able to do so from your work computer but not your home laptop in Chrome indicates that there could be an issue with either your computer, your browser or your ISP.

We would need to ask you to try a process of elimination - try from a different browser and then a different computer if possible. If that does not resolve the problem you would need to contact your ISP to see if they can assist.

We really regret that you are disgusted with Yola and are considering moving your sites elsewhere. If there is any possible way that we can assist we are more than willing to do so, but it could be that the issues you are experiencing are outside of our control. We are committed to helping you get to the bottom of it and if it turns out that it is on our end we will of course do all we can to fix it

Underlining, links and advertisement pop-ups are generally caused by some kind of spyware/adware program that is installed on your computer. The spyware program loads in the background and underlines certain words, which turns them into hyperlinks. So, when you click or put your mouse over them, an advertisement pops up that leads you to the product related to the word that's highlighted.

The way to fix this is to uninstall the program as well as any of the additional side-programs that were also downloaded. Here are some sites that cover the removal of addons: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wi..., http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstallin... and http://www.google.com/support/forum/p....

Please note though, that this is not something that is related to, or caused by, Yola or the Sitebuilder and is browser-related.

Hi Justine,

Thank you for your prompt and full reply.

I will work on this over the week-end and let you know the results.

My use of the word 'disgusted' was meant in the context of the phrase
'disgusted of Tunbridge Wells'...not in any way meant as a criticism of Yola.
