I'm off line and was told this would not happen

My site is off line! I had a bronze package I paid for last year good until 2013, that package included my domaine name and being published online all rolled into one price. I switched briefly last month to the silver package. I spoke to Lyall at customer service and switched back to bronze. Lyall said I did not have to pay seperately for domaine and publishing services since the package I bought last year included both rolled into one price. He said to contact him if my site went off line when the 30 days of silver expired and he would help fix it. He assured me I didn't have to pay an additional fee to be published since the bronze package I bought last year included everything.

I will call him tomorrow. I know hosting and domains are separate fees now. But, when I bought mine Bronze package both were included for one price. So basically your saying I have to pay for hosting that I already paid for.
