Hi everyone,

Some time since I've been on the forum.
QUESTION:

Does anyone know of any simple, effective image fades/sliders?

I've used BXslider in the passed
back to using http://www.dynamicdrive.com/

But I was basically just hoping that someone has come up with an easier solution.
Wondering IF/WHEN Yola might finally introduce a widget that does it all for us...

Problem with using js files etc. is that its not viewable on all platforms...

Has anyone got any ideas?!

HTML Stack-over-flow... ?!

Thanks,

Mick

OR, if anyone could help me with some CSS code regarding my positioning on the website I'm working on, that would be great!

I tried changing the position from 'absolute' to other options, I also tried with the margin padding in the CSS.

All I basically want, is the fadeshow to be symmetrically beneath the banner.

No joy so far,.

Thanks in advnace... for any advice/feedback

Hi aptatbiz,

  1. Place a column divider widget on your page, under the banner position.

  2. add the slider to the right hand side of the divider (within an HTML widget)

  3. Move the centre line to the left until it's visually aligned by eyeball or by using an online ruler

Another thought...

Can I not add something to the STYLE (CSS)

style="line-height: position: centre; 1em; width: 848px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"

Is this correct?

Any thoughts appreciated!

ok, I think I managed to do it with the column divider and taking the LEFT MARGIN to -70...

Hope it reflects on each relevant browsing platform.

Thanks Gop.

Hi,

I'm using www.comslider.com
You can integrate it with HTML snippet code
