Hi! I am confused - or stupid - or both. I am starting to build a new additional site. I am Silver. I have 4/5 sites under construction. New site = http://thaiasiatravel.yolasite.com/ is fine in IE - no problems. Images do not show in Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome. I get http://sitebuilder.yola.com/restricte... and Access to the specified resource () has been forbidden JBossWeb/2.0.1.GA - Firefox Browser is 12.0 up to date. All other sites are behaving fine. What's wrong? Have I made a silly error? Thanks.

Hello PR$

I've checked your website in your Yola Sitebuilder, and for some reason the URL to your picture was incorrect. I've corrected it, republished your site, and now it seems to be working, and the picture is displayed for me.

I created a page called "index-archived" to do some tests, but it's not in your navigation. You can delete this page on your own if you like. I also created a folder called "test" in your Yola File Manager. When you delete the archived index page, you can also delete this folder from your File Manager.

Please let me know if you should experience this issue again.

Hello Stefan

Thank you for your help. Regrettably, the problem is not solved. Only 1 picture is resolved, There are many missing on the front page and on other pages too. Maybe the problem is in File Manager? With all the uploaded photos?

Hello PR$

This is what I see when I go to your website http://thaiasiatravel.yolasite.com/:

I can also view your last picture at the bottom, "Mountains".
Is that how you expect the home page of your website to be displayed?

If it's not working on your end, please try these trouble-shooting steps:

Hi Stefan!
Thank you very much for your help. Your screen shot was correct. All is okay now. I have solved the problem. It was not cache, browser, or computer. In case you come across this type of problem again, here's what you do to solve the error. Delete all photos from File Manager - and then upload them again from your computer. I remember now, when I was uploading for the first time, I kept getting Ooops! error reports from Yola (which then said that the error had been logged). Anyway, IE9, Firefox, Chrome, are all okay now. Thanks again for your prompt support.

Hm ... that's odd, but thank you so much for sharing this solution. Still I wonder why it worked on my computer, but not on yours ... Thanks again, and please let us know if you should experience problems again.
