Hi tomesykes

Myself and two other staff members have checked your site and the images are displaying for us.

See:

Can you tell us which browsers you have checked in? Also, have you tried clearing your cache? Does this affect all the pages on your site or only certain ones?

Can anyone else please check the site and let us know if they are able to see images?

Can you try again now? Apparently two of our hosting machines could not connect to the resources database. This would explain why it was intermittent and why we could not see the problem with the initial report.

One of our engineers fixed this and everything should be back to normal now. Will wait for your confirmation that all is well before closing this issue.

Ok, I am now turning my attention to your blog page, which we need to troubleshoot as a new and separate issue. Once again I am currently unable to replicate. This doesn't mean that I am denying that there is a problem, just that I haven't figured out what it is yet. I clicked on the link provided above. The page loaded. I then clicked on your latest blog post and the page loaded.

See:

Can you try clearing your cache again, just to be sure? I will keep checking the link at regular intervals to see if I can replicate from my end.

Take a look at the above screenshot. To be absolutely sure that I am on the right track, can you confirm that that is the post that is not loading for you? Asking the rest of the support team to test from multiple browsers now.

I have now deleted the post that did not work and reposted a new post with the same title and this works fine.

I am afraid I cannot wait today for you to fix this.

In order for us to fix anything we first have to replicate it. I have had everyone in the office try and no one was able to. The post loaded for all of us as the screenshot posted above demonstrates. We were committed to getting to the bottom of the issue though, but since you have recreated the post and it is working now, I am going to close this and you can let me know if it happens again. Good luck with all the traffic from the media attention your site is getting. I hope it goes well! Sorry for the issue with the images, and the unfortunate timing. I am glad you reported it and that we were able to fix that one quickly.
