If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
Somebody reported to me they could not see images on my website until they disabled their pop-up window blocker. Is there anyway to ensure the images are displayed on my site no matter what browser or settings people have?
I'm using Firefox 13, and I have pop-up blockers enabled. I can still view pictures on Yola websites without any problems.
The site content with Yola is designed to display on most standard browser configurations. However, ultimately your visitors have control over their own browser settings. If they use an add on or pop-up blocker that is not standard, then there is nothing that the webmaster can or should do to bypass this.
