Images not showing up after upload the site

Whwnever I upload my site (www.annalisaedanielle.nl), the image does not appear online. It fails all the time, when I'm lucky I can get my image online after 5-6 uploading attempts. The site is very simple, I just started to work on it and I have only one image in the homepage. This is so frustrating and it's shame after years on business you still have this problem with such a very basic thing

Is there any trick I need to be aware of to get my image showing up online after I upload the site ? or keep trying and pray...

please don't ask me to clean the cache of my browser, restart my pc, flush the dns cache etc.

Your image looks great to me, I have attached a screenshot of what I see for your reference. Additionally, it's good to be aware of web standards for image optimization, especially when using large images.

The issue is random, now it's back again. I do not understand why some images disappear when I publish the site. I don't see the image in the homepage again, which has been published a month ago.... every time I publish a yola site it's a lottery, it's so frustrating I have to deal and waste my time for such a basic thing ! You can imagine how ashed I feel with my customer !
Note I tried to reach the site from different computers on 2 different networks and I do not see pictures whatsoever. Please help

I'm afraid that I can't reproduce the error you report. Can you please let me know which browser and version you're using, and what your operating system is?

Your image is missing for me also. Chrome. Cleared everything.



I noticed that it's a sitebuilder optimised image. Suggest that you make your image t the size you wish to publish and then upload it. There have been issues with the image software in the Yola sitebuilder previously.

Not even the image placeholder is showing in FF so something is very strange!

Some of my colleagues were able to reproduce this error, too. Can you please try and see if republishing your website solves the problem?

If you have republished your website a couple of times since you added the image to your home page, please try to unpublish and then republish your website. Please let me know how that goes. If this doesn't solve the problem, I'll bring this to our specialists' attention.

I tried to unpublish/publish the site, all images are gone ! I use Opera (latest version), I also tried to publish the site with Chrome and FireFox (both latest version) without any luck.

Does the problem persist on your end? Everyone of our team is able to view the images on your website today, using any browser.

I've still logged your report as an error for our specialists to look into. I'll keep you updated on this thread.

I see the image on the index page but I had another page in the navigation menu called FOTOS which is gone !!!
In that page there were linkes to other pages (at least 6) with piture galleries in any of those 6 pages .... and they are all gone !!!

Also, all the pictures I uploaded to build my galleries are gone !!! When I browse the list of my uploaded images they are gone, I uploaded 50 to 60 pictures and all are gone

Where are my pictures and my pages ? My has been changed and I didn't do that

What's going on ????

The reason why you don't see your "Fotos" page and pictures on this website is because you've added them to another website in your account which has a similar name ("Annalisa & Daniela"). However, you didn't publish that website, but the "Annalisa & Danielle" one which doesn't contain your changes.

What you can now do is to first rename one of your two websites in order to not confuse them in future again. Then you can unpublish the wrong site, and publish your right site to your custom domain. Once done, please clear cache and cookies in your browser, wait 5 minutes just to be sure, and then retry to open your live site in your browser.

If you still experience problems then, please let me know.
