New Yola upgrade - a few things have found not right ...

...........When changing background/banner
previously we would change above, by going and choosing file manager or choose file on computer, then image would come in to where we selected in file manager, and then we could click 'ok'. When we did this previously, bringing in a new image to file manager, then at same time if we wish to delete an image previously brought in, we could right click on the old image and delete the old file. This option has disappeared and we are unable to right click (at same time as in file manager) on old file to delete it. However, when importing pictures via toolbar, that option is still available there. (checked this in couple of browsers, as am using the new Opera which is fantastic, but sometimes doesn't show everything right). Is there a way of deleting a file when above is done (ie at same time as bringing in via new banner/background file into file manager)?

(By the way, thought you may like to know (although I love the browser) Opera has a couple of hiccups with regard to when we design in Yola ...
Opera doesn't always show everything correctly when designing with Yola (so probably staying with Firefox for that part). What happens is that in File Manager when viewing all images contained there,... the images go right down to the bottom of the file manager screen and disappear out the bottom, with no gap showing and the words of each file at the bottom not showing. Also, bringing in images via toolbar into a text box, images do not have any handles around them and unable to resize etc with mouse.)

Hope you can understand what I mean in first paragraph above. Probably a 'hiccup' with the new upgrade. Can it please be possible to have the right click available at that step? as so used to using that 'right click' 'delete' thing. As always, thanks. J

Hello JC,

Thank you for your feedback - I'm going to take a look and come back to you (or ask the product team to give you feedback).

So you know, Opera is not a Yola-supported browser: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article.... Could you try using a different browser?

Marije, hi there. Thanks. Yes, I realise that, but just thought I would pass on what I found. Have not used Opera for years and years and heard how good the new one was, so downloaded yesterday and 'had a go'. It really is great to use. But... as you say a different browser for Yola - and as I said will revert back to Firefox for this.

Hello JC,

A reply for you (apologies for the delay). The change to administering your File Manager is intentional. When you click on the banner to change the image you're using or add a Picture Widget to your page, you will only be able select an image.

If you want to delete or edit any images in your File Manager, you would need to go to "Site" > "File Manager" in order to do so.

Thank you for your feedback!
