Hi Kim,

With CSV files there are a few points to watch for. Errors are announced on a failure but only the first set of errors so if there are a series of errors subsequent errors will only appear on another upload after the first is fixed.

Your CSV file columns must match the order of the Import Table exactly. You can adjust the Import Table order by dragging the tiles up and down into the required order.

Only Import Fields that are used within the CSV file should be checked on the Import Table.

Any unused Columns in your CSV file are best managed by deleting these columns but can be managed by using the Unused Field heading on the Import Table.

The settings on the Import Table Data type must be the type of data in the CSV file. eg: if your CSV files delimeter is a comma then this must be stated in the Import Table settings.

If you have a column Title as your first row then you must acknowledge this in the Import Table settings.

If you are using a drop-ship catalogue or file, these are notorious for containing errors and can often take many days to correct. It needs to be done though. There can't be missing values otherwise the import will crash.

Finally it is best to limit your columns to:

SKU; Category; Product name; Product description, Product weight, Product selling price, Image URL, Most other stuff is of no importance in your store.

If you need specific advice we can work on this together.

Forgot to add that the Yola Online Store will only accept 1000 products and if you go beyond this the import will crash.

if this is the case you need to contact Yola and ask them to extend your product inventory storage.

Ok, I did get the statement saying that it had only accept 1000 products and I needed to upgrage for more. I upgraded but still can not put them all on, so I guess I still have to call. Also, once it upload, where do I find the items?

After they are uploaded then You can drag the Online Store icon onto your page and configure it, for example, within categories. This means that for each category that you add, all the products within that category will be listed on your page(s). This will include the Fields that you set when you uploaded the file. There are many possible ways to organise the display of your products and this is probably the easiest part of the process.. It's all drag and drop stuff.

Is the product file from a drop-shipping supplier?
