Hi there,

I cannot see the banner image size on my website, the buttons are covering the dimensions.

I would also like to change the font style and size, is this possible?

Hi Sophia

Apologies for the problem with the button covering the dimensions. That is a bug which will be fixed in our next release.

Right now the font of the page heading is fixed by the style and cannot be edited. However, we will be introducing a feature that will allow you to do this soon.

The dimensions for that banner image are: 59x140px

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks Monique, i look forward to the next release.

I have another problem with my image header. I have resized it to the correct dimensions using Picnic, but when i select the image and i am in the mask editor screen, I am unable to change the red selected area, so it slices my image.

Hi Sophia

I ran into that a time or two using IE. I would recommend using the Firefox browser over Internet Explorer. Firefox is much more stable when building your website... http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/...

Can't wait to see what you have created...
Happy site building

Hi Ed

Thanks for your advice. I have downloaded Firefox. I still have the problem with my image being cropped and not appearing in its entirety in the image header block.

Help!

Another option for you to try is to simply use Picnik (which is the photo editing tool that Yola is integrated with). Select the image you want to edit, and click on "edit". This will take you to Picnik. Resize the image to the banner dimension. Then save your image. Please note, this will save over top of your old image. If this is not what you want to have happen, then go to Picnik directly (http://picnik.com) and upload your image and do your editing. Save to your desktop and then upload to your file manager. Be sure to give it a new file name.
Then, in the banner area, you can upload your new banner.

Please let us know if this does not resolve your problem.
