Hello laura,

You're doing a great job with your site. You are a very good writer maybe the bestest?

Your site will always benefit from fresh content be it blogging or pictures, slide shows, animations, music. they all work and you do it well.

just keep on keeping on.

Hi Laura

I think I mentioned on another thread that I really like what you have done with your site, and particularly the way you have customized the style. It works really well.

I am just going to add a word about the music, especially on your homepage. Music that plays automatically is could cause people to leave your site before they have had a proper look around, either because they need it to be quiet because they are browsing the internet in an office, computer lab, library etc, or because it clashes with their own music that they are playing on their computer. Most people react by closing the browser tab or window the second the music starts to get rid of the unwanted intrusion as fast as possible. The advantage with your music player is that you can turn it off if you wish. However, I had to scroll down the page to find out where the sound was coming from before I could shut it down. Some people might not work out how to do this.

As your site is about expressing your personality, you might decide that you want your music to stay, despite what I have said above. If you are going to keep the music, I suggest putting the player at the top of the page (like on your blogpage) so that people can see it right away and pause it if necessary.

I hope this feedback is helpful to you. In the end it is a very personal decision, so I hope you don't mind me sharing my perspective.

Nice job on your site! I hope you get lots of visitors.

Hello again - your site looks much better than the last time i saw it - well done.

The flash on the home page is cool but its a major link away from your site on your first page - i dont know how you made it etc. but it is possible to host a .swf file from your own site. (if you have the .swf file and want more help with this just ask)

All in all, excellent progress well done -

PS. Remember, althougth its a good thing to express yourself in a blog and the more description the better, always keep in mind the saftey of you and your friends and never give out private or place specific information.

I carnt wait to see what you have achieved in another months time.
