Does Yola delete accounts that are inactive for a certain period of time or do you keep the accounts indefinitely? Thanks!

I will need to consult with our engineering team about that but in the meantime, do you have a website you are struggling to access?

Hi Viola,

Thanks for your patience! According to our terms of service, "You agree to actively maintain and to update any User Sites you create on a regular basis. Failure to log into the Service or to update a User Site for more than 1 year, may result in Yola removing or disabling access to such User Site, and will result in the expiry of any unused credits."

We encourage you to update your site regularly. Although it is not something we currently do in practice, failure to update is a potential cause for disabling the account should the need arise. If you need any help accessing and updating your site, please let us know.
