Sounds like one of the sections on the page is not coded correctly. If you can reach it in edit mode, try to delete the last items you placed on there, one by one..

Neil,

This sounds as if your page is broken. Commonly caused by word-processor copied text or by incomplete code being added, typically a tag left dangling.

Sometimes the Yola support people can get in and fix this for you but it is by no means guaranteed.

The other alternative is to recreate your index page as another page. Then delete your original index page and follow the directions that will appear in the process. Take it step by step.

I am currently facing the same issue. I have had my website for two years and I never had a problem but now for some reason after the opened up mobile access I cannot load my index page. I can go to any other page on my site and edit it but the index page will not load for me to edit. I have contacted yola support twice but they have not gotten back with me yet with a solution. I could possible create a new page but my counter is on this page and if I delete the old page will I lose my counter and it will have to start back over at zero/

That could very well be true Dennis. Some counters allow you to offset the start number from a new input for this reason but I don't think it's across the board ?

Can I ask if you coincidentally added anything to your index page at that time. Anything at all. This is important because it may well be a bug ( a very worrying bug I may say) with the system if nothing was changed by you at that time.

Hi Dennis,

I looked up your support request and see that Sanja contacted you last on April 20th with the understanding that the issue was resolved. I did not see any reply or new request from you in this regard. Please reply to that email with Sanja so she can continue working with you.

Hi Neil,

This run of reports ( 2 so far in 24 hours) is either coincidental (certainly possible) and both of you have broken your index page or now I'm suspecting that it's not operator but a system problem?

No way for me to check this out but hoping that Laura will pick up on this and elevate it to the engineers attention.

Well based on the information on this topic I went ahead and deleted the index page and created a new index page. This seemed to fix the problem. At first I created my own page called index II and put the information in there. However, when you delete your index page Yola makes you create a blank index page. So after adding the information back to that page I deleted the indexII page I created.

Hello Neil and everybody else

This error happened to me as well while working with Sitebuilder in my own account. What sorted this problem was using a different browser. I first worked with Firefox, and then opened my site in Chrome, and I was able to open my index page again. Next time I logged in via Firefox, my index page was accessible, so I thought that this had been a temporary glitch.

Please let us know if you guys keep having this issue, then we will definitely need our specialists to investigate on this in general.

That code is not a complete code. I suggest going back to the source where you got this and ensuring that the complete code is copied.
