Inserting an image into jotform

The jotform creator appears to have a field to insert an image. I replaced the default image with one of my own but the original still shows.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi Peter

I always prefer to do everything through the source code - more control that way. I would copy your source code and then paste into your HTML widget. Locate the img src and replace with your own img.

I know I didn't actually really answer your question above, but hopefully this workaround will be okay.

That's fine LU. It turned out to be the jotform server not feeding. It works perfectly

Since I have you though, have you ever customised the background of the form. I can't see where that can be done in the CSS? I would be surprised if it can't be done :)

What I've done Peter, is create my own custom background colours for the forms using some CSS. I've never tried a background image though but using the same principles it should be easy enough to do the image.

Good tip Littleus,

I do that with Jotform as well. It's great that they allow you to download
the source so that you can edit and customize it.
Form Assembly also allows you to do this BTW.
I think Wufoo only alows the framed version of the form.

It's very easy to change the background Peter.

All you have to do is find this code which should be up near the top.

background: white! important;

If you want the background transparent - take out the "white" and leave blank.

For all other colors, add in your Hex code or word.

Would "transparent background" be an oxymoron ???

PS: I really love the holland blind option. All it needs is a sound bite and back illumination and you could do .......... a sunrise .............or a Tom& Jerry toon

I have ditched the (Yola) PayPal widget and replaced it with the Jotform option. I really feel more confident with it compared to the "shag on a rock" PayPal widget in the Yola options.

There really wasn't a convenient way to check the yola one but with jotform I feel that I have e resource to go back to for advice if there's a problem.
