Hi there,

I'm doing a Google thing which is integrating Analytics and Adsense so the information from both can be seen in one report.

Here is the Yola-related question:
I have two domains and Google asked me to select one as the primary. For the non-primary emails Google gives me a script and says the following:

Paste this code at the TOP of any webpage in this domain that contains AdSense ads.

Before I start adding an html widget to the 200 pages in my website. I'm wondering if I could had this code into the "header" area that I can access in my yola sitebuilder through site --> site settings --> site tracking code

Google highlighted the word "TOP" so I don't know if adding it in "header" would do. Do you know the answer?

For you information, the code to paste looks like this:

Thanks,
Jose

Hi Jose,

Please can you wrap your code in <!-- your code goes in here--> so that we can see what you're referring to?

Thanks!

Hi Sanja,

I didn't notice that the code didn't show up. This is how it looks like. Please let me know if it's important for you to know which numbers are those xxxxxxx

<!--
<script type="text/javascript">
window.google_analytics_uacct = "UA-xxxxxxxx-3";
</script>
-->

Hi, russianforfree,

You should be able to add just the UA-xxxxxxxx-3 part in the Google Analytics. Go to Site >> Site Settings >> Google Analytics.

Please let us know if you have trouble with this.

Hi Diana,

This is not only the Google Analytics ID, it's a script. I don't know if I can past it in Site>>Site Settings>>Google Analytics, can I?

Google asks me to paste this script at the TOP of every page. So my question is:
if I paste the script in the "Header" space that I can access at Site>>Site Settings>>Site Tracking Code would it do the trick?

Hi russianforfree,

We have designed the process of adding your Google Analytics to your Yola site as easy as possible. As Diane has pointed out, all you need is just this part: UA-xxxxxxxx-3. This just needs to be added to Site > Site Settings > Google Analytics. This will automatically add the script to each page in the header area.

Please let us know if you have any further trouble with this.
