Hi Henning,

Could you let me know where you see the "Internal Server Error"?

I can see that your site http://www.aludar8.com/ is online, and it published successfully for me.

Thanks!

Hello Henning

I can confirm what Jackie said above, your Yola website has been succesfully published to your domain aludar8.com on the internet. You won't need to do anything more on the Domains page in your My Yola.

When you go to your My Yola dashboard and select your website, it will be shown as published to aludar8.com. Let me know if you have problems republishing your site after having made changes to your site content.

Hello benmillett

I did a domain check for your domain kungfu.ie. While it has the correct A records to point to Yola, it also has nameservers which are incorrect and may be causing the problem. Please remove these nameservers and only use the two A records to point your domain to Yola. For instructions on how to do this in your external account, please contact your provider.

Hi,

Thanks for your message.

Are there any nameservers i can put in that are for yola or that will work? as it won't let me completely remove nameservers...

Hi Ben,

There is nothing to enter for nameservers if you are pointing your domain to Yola as indicated here. Two A records is all you need!

Hi,

Thanks again for your reply. However it still will not work for me. Can you please explain in more detail what the problem is.

It no longer says internal server error, now it says "there were some errors, please check the red fields"

What I don't understand is that when I go to kungfu.ie it is pointing to yola, i just cannot link it to the the site.

I have two other domains taichicentre.ie and lungyingacademy.ie

Both of these domains are working and i have set them up exactly the same way in which kungfu.ie is set up. The are all hosted in the same place and all linked to yola using the keep your domain registered with another registrar section.

I have talked to the hosting company and they cannot help saying that if i remove the nameservers the a records will no longer work. I cannot remove the nameservers anyway as it will not let me.

Please help.

Ben

Hi Ben

Can you please publish the website for which you want to use your domain to a yolasite subdomain? We'll then be able to sort this out for you. Don't forget to let me know that yolasite subdomain URL you published your site to.

Hi,

It is published to lungyingacademy.yolasite.com

Apologies, I should have let you know that initially!

Hi Ben

I've just seen that your website has been published to kungfu.ie. Please clear your browser's cache and cookies, and check it on your end.

If you'd like to set another of your domains as the primary domain of your website, please follow the steps in our tutorial Assigning domains and creating a primary domain.

Hi,

I noticed last night that the domain started to register on yola, so thanks for that if you fixed it!

Much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Ben
