When I try to access a client's site to make changes using Internet Explorer (IE) Yola keeps trying to load the page without any results.

Hi Felipe,

Is the site published - can you post the URL so that we can take a look?

Alternatively, you can go through these steps:
1. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
2. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro...
3. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html
4. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.google.com/support/websear...
5. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
6. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

We're glad to hear that you were able to use Firefox. This is our favorite browser to use with Yola. Browsers can behave differently from one another. So, this is why you may not have been able to open your site in IE. It could also mean that you have added coding which IE is having a hard time intepreting - Firefox tends to be more forgiving if there is coding issues.

This is actually a great way to edit your site! I do that as well so that I can see how my site looks in different browsers. If you're seeing a vast difference between the browsers, then this may be indicative of bad coding on your site. Can you please share with me your page URL where you're seeing this difference? I'd like to investigate this for you.

Actually I made all the pertinent changes so the site looks the same both in FireFox and Internet Explorer. What I have not been able t do is to load the site in my Yola account to edit it while running IE.

Hello Felipe

Unfortunately, I'm not sure why you are not able to edit in IE. I assume you have already checked that your Flash is updated, your javascript is enabled and your cookies are enabled as well?

You can also try uninstalling IE and re-installing it to see if that helps. If you have any add-ons for your IE browser, you can try disabling those as well.
