Nice work, Kevin. Is this cross browser compliant?

Yes it is. I've tested this on Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and IE. I didn't do Safari because the rendering engines of Safari and Chrome are basically identical. However, on versions of IE that are under 9(IE8,IE7,IE6...), the borders won't be rounded.

Hi Technology Press

It looks like you need to use double quotation marks, like this: <img src="image url"/>">your link</a>

I tested, and it works for me :)

Technology Press, if you turn it all into double quotation marks, I'm not sure it will work, because this is basically a quote inside a quote. So data-yotip=" <img src=' '/> " makes more sense than data-yotip=" <img src=" "/> " because a single quote is inside a double quote. This is how I do it when I'm writing javascript. However, if this solution works for you, go ahead.
