I have not used this on a site of mine personally before, but I would say that if you are having trouble with getting this to work properly in PayPal that you submit a support request to them or check in their forum. Possibly they will have some good suggestions as how to make this feature work best. I hope otherwise that some people who have used this PayPal feature will pop on here and give you some tips.
