I am receiving repeated errors when editing or posting new entries to my blog. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have informed support but I was wondering if I am the only one.

Can you tell me what errors you are receiving? I tried to find your email to support, but I must be searching using the wrong details or it hasn't come through. Going off line now, but if you resend the email or post here I will take a look at it tomorrow.

Hi Monique

Thanks for the response.

I had intermittent errors with a window popping up to inform me that an error occurred when I tried to edit an existing post or tried to post a new one on the blog page that I added to my site. Any changes made to posts would not be retained. This happened about 3 or 4 times despite closing the builder and logging on again, or doing a warm and cold reboot of my pc.

The popup allowed for a description of the problem to be sent to [presumably] Yola support which is why you may not have a found a support email. Can you confirm that these requests are routed to support as well or would it be best to rather use the support email address?

This morning though, it seems to be resolved as posting is working perfectly so chances are that I was doing something stupid! Yola has always been very stable so it is very likely that the issue was on my side!

I am glad things are working as smoothly as usual today.

Have a great Sunday!

Hi 1CF

I am glad to hear it is working again. The dialog you describe displays when a system error occurs. When you type in a description of the problem, the message is not routed to support. It goes to people who analyze and correct these errors as a batch, but don't actually reply to individual messages - the purpose of filling in the message is to give them added information to assist with debugging.

If you are getting that error dialog persistently and need help, email support@yola.com. What is helpful is if we have the details of the error. In the error dialog you see a link that says "see technical details". Click on this, and then copy and paste the full stack trace of the error and email it to us.

If you see these errors again, please let us know.
