Is email down. I cant send email through yola email on any device. My gmail still works so i know its only yola im having issues with

I haven't seen other reports of this at this time.

You may want to try changing your SMTP port. Here's a copy of the setup note at the end of the tutorial:
If you are experiencing a problem with setting up your outgoing mail when creating your external email account, please try switching the SMTP port setting to 587 or 8025. ...

(presuming you're using a POP email client ?)

Im using imap.

Its worked fine since about 8 months ago when yola mail crashed.

No settjings have beeen changed.

Ipad gives error message "there was an error sending your message

Iphone gives " relaying not allowed error "

Laptop just fails and my norton 360 says message failed

Webmail says message cant be sent at this time.

Yola support is poor, replied to my contact message from support page asking for more details. So i email screenshots and more details from my gmail account including the ticket number "273153" only to get an email back saying

Ive already done this and i cant email from my yola email as thats the problem

The fact it wont work in webmail tells me there is an issue and its not down to my devices etc.

Sincei called my yola silver support has been poor but im still paying for yola mail and domains etc. i think im going to move them all away when they run out

now when i try to re raise the support ticket i get internal server error 500 or it just hangs.

My business email is important for obvious reasons and im livid that 16h after the issue its not resolved. And quite frankly support is poor. I cant do anything cos all support channels either hang error 500 server error or reply to email by saying send us email from your registered email which i can as thats the issue.
