Tried finding info on the web about this, however I'm still not sure, and want to be sure before I do. Some said if it is not for downloading then it's ok?

Hello Steven,

All created artistic works are copyright by default.

If you want a piece of music, you can assume that it is copyrighted. If you feel strongly that you wish to use it on your site, you will have to write to the copyright owner to ask for a license . In the event that they agree, you may have to pay royalties for the use. It is a violation of copyright to simply use it without permission or outside the restrictions of the license. Your site can legally be brought down for violations of this.

When you see how much it will cost you could try sites like this with copyright free music.
