Is it possible to use the Ecwid iphone app?

I need my store ID and Order API key but I can't find the store ID anywhere.

Hi S,

Your Store ID is on the page at the bottom left Hand Side if you click on Online Store in My Yola.



The order API is in your Store System Settings > API

As for using the Ecwid iphone app, I haven't researched it specifically for use on the Yola platform.

Thanks! Unfortunately the app doesn't seem to work, it says the store ID or API key is incorrect. Too bad.

I don't have a url, cant find one either. I just installed the app from the itunes store.

Hi Sarong,

Ecwid have a link in their forums for this product. No specific mention of it as functioning with Yola but some background. It seems to still be in development so it may well still be not released for Yola (?) http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthrea...

It will probably be quicker for Yola to find this out directly from Ecwid so I'll contact Yola by email and direct them to this thread and ask them to copy the response here if their system allows this. Probably be a day or two for them to get answers.

Great! Thanks alot.
It would be fantastic if I could use the app, because when I go to my yola on my mobile phone I can only scroll the whole page and not the 'pop-up' you get when you make changes to your store.

It does look good and very convenient to be able to make changes to products and inventory.

Ecwid has confirmed that all Yola users can use the iPhone app to manage orders, there's no restrictions. To do so, just enter your Store ID and Order API key.

That said, they also indicated that there is a problem happening with your specific order API. These problems are not related to the iPhone app and we're investigating further. We will update you here when we know more.

Thanks for looking into it. But I still get the message that my store ID or API is incorrect, even after regenerating..
