I uploaded my site to Google but it would not verify. Left for a day came back and the option to verify is gone and it says there are no errors in my site. But it says there is no site map. Is the verify and site mapone and the same. How can I confirm the meta tag I copied did work correctly. I have searched for my site many times but Google says there have been no searches.
