Hi Martin.

Depends if you want to effect 1 thing or the whole page.

If you want to effect 1 text block...

1. Click the html editor button in the text widget
2. Find the opening <p> tags and change it or them to look like this <p style="line-height: 20px;">

If you want to effect the whole page/site...

1. Add this css to the page (as is) or if you use Yola silver to the css editor (without the opening and close style tags)

<style type="text/css">
body {line-height: 20px;}
</style>

In both cases just change the 20px to whatever height you like.

Hi Lee

Thanks for the advice. I sense it is straightforward - if you know HTML. Sadly, I am only able to study pre-written HTML and, once I understand how each bit works (by making trial and error adjustments) I can then apply it to my needs.

I will take a look at what you've written, try to follow each step (as it will almost certainly be used on nearly every page) and hope I can grasp it.

One last question though (if I may)... Do you know of any good books on HTML that I can lay my hands on? It looks like a knowledge of HTML would be very useful in website creation.

Anyway, thanks again Lee and all the very best,

I knew nothing of html 3 years ago when I first joined Yola... Now I work as a professional web developer. HTML makes sense quickly as time goes by.

As a starting point (where I learned the basics) have a look through these http://www.w3schools.com/html/default... -- see the menu on the left of that page? work your way through each of those sub lessons and you will be an expert in no time.

1 thing I didn't mention above - if you do not use Yola silver and you are using the second method then the code needs to be in a html widget at the top of the page.
