Is there anyone that knows how to add rss to blogger?

How come noone on the internet knows how to add an rss feed to blogger? I've tried many other forums and search engines, NOONE knows. Figured I would try my friends at Yola. Any idea?

ok, I got it working, but with blogger, you can't put the html on the page in one spot, you have to place it within a post. And since the older posts push down the page, I'll have to put a new feed on every article just to be sure new users have one convenient.
