Is there such a thing as customer service?

just purchased a premium package and a domain name. Bought them both from YOLA so there would be no transferring issues and now it says the domain name needs to be transferred. If that was the case i would have gone to Go Daddy and had customer service. Any ideas? Or do i just cancel the credit card purchase and go elsewhere.

Hi Ellen,

If you've purchased a domain name from Yola, you definitely do not need to transfer it to Yola. It is automatically setup and published to your site. Please could you post the domain here so that we can look up your details and find out what is going wrong.

Ellen, I wouldn't worry about customer support. You'll get lots of that here. As far as getting used to Yola and how it works, just experiment for a couple of days and you'll soon be quite pleased. Really, it will only take you a couple of days to find your way around and feel very much at home.

I've just replied to your email to Support. Your site is up and you can view it by clicking on this link: www.flyingflowersva.com. There had been a slight glitch, but it's all solved now.

Please let me know if you need any other assistance.
