I joined Yola over 24 hours ago, paid my subscription, but now they do not know me

Yola typically is very good....It would help to know what problem you are having.....If you paid and your account is not coming up or anything concerning personal information you really should e mail support@yola.com.

Hi there,

I just wanted to post quickly to this thread that the problem Harry was having was remedied via email. Our typical service is to provide the most timely and helpful support possible, which I think we do really well... but I might be a bit biased as the Yola Customer Support team is my team ;)
