We are not experiencing any problems at the moment. I have tested logging in on my side, and I am able to.
What I can recommend as a first step, is that you clear your browser's cache. This very often resolves problems like these. Take a look at this link for more information about clearing the cache: http://www.google.com/support/account.... Something else you can try is using a different browser, and see whether that helps.
