I'll make this short, since I already have given you guys enough information about my problem before.

Ever time I click on the "edit menu" and try to do something like re-arrange my navigation or add/remove links from my navigation and hit "ok", after a few minutes a message pops up saying something like "stop running this script" and if I click no, nothing happens, all it does is keep loading. I used three different browsers (Firefox, IE, Safari 4) and kept getting the same problem.

Now I reported this problem about 5 or so months ago, and a staff member of yola named emmy told me that she will speak to someone about this problem and reply to me back. NOW!! its been 5 or so months and I still didn't hear a word from anyone!!!!

Hello,

I'm extremely sorry that you're upset about this and have had to wait for a fix to the problem. I do remember working on this with you and there was a report filed, but no it hasn't been resolved yet. I will look into this immediately and see what I can find out.

To add to what Emmy has said, we really do want to help with this.

I was unable to find a post or email reporting this problem 5 months ago. However, I did find a thread from 2 months ago. Is this the one you are referring to: http://getsatisfaction.com/yola/topic...

I see that the last comment on that thread was from me and I was unable to replicate the problem on my end. I have never been able to replicate it in any browser, and no one else has reported it as far as I am aware. This is why I asked you to try another browser for comparison and let us know the result. Thanks for getting back to us now and letting us know that you have tried from 3 different browsers. I will add this information to the bug report.

We would like to fix this but will not be able to do so until we can invoke the error on our side.

The first time I reported this problem was 5 or so months ago, and an employee of yola, couldn't figure out the problem. So he/she just removed the links that I didn't want to be in the menu for me without telling me how he/she did it. So a couple months later, I reported this problem again (the one your referring to monique)

I was aware that you asked me to try a different browser, but before you replied to me about my problem, Emmy asked me to send a request to us from the Help Button, which I did. And from then on, I was talking to Emmy throughout my email.

I am really sorry about this. When the employee removed the page from the menu for you they did this in the normal way - the same way you would if it was functioning correctly for you. They did nothing special at all. Emmy has requested a follow up on the bug report, but our dilemma is that we cannot reproduce this error in your account or in anyone elses'. We could keep removing pages from the menu for you - all we would be doing is dragging them out of the menu. So all I can suggest is that we keep doing this in the hope of reproducing the error at some point while keeping an eye out for other reports of this issue.

Well thats fine, as long as you guys don't get annoyed me asking you to remove links from my menu :). Well for now, all I want to do, is re-arrange my links in my menu. So should I email you guys some how to give you more info and such? And should I make a thread every time I want to change links in my menu?

You are welcome to email us every time you want to make a change to your menu - just be sure to send detailed instructions. You can send a new email each time or keep replying on the same email thread. We will happily do this because if there is a bug in the system, sooner or later we will be able to replicate it. Just so you know - we won't be doing anything special. Just editing the menu as you would if things were working correctly on your end. If we actually encounter the bug we will refer the problem to our engineering department right away.
