HI there, Is the Yola site down. I can't load my website and get this each time "Safari can’t open the page “http://mrsnevillesnightout.com/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

Hi all

We are responding to support cases as fast as we can with our available staff. Please be aware that our response time is 24 hours for Premium users and 48 hours for Free users. Having said that we certainly understand that faster response times are needed if there is an emergency. So far we are not able to detect any general problems and we are able to load sites, but if you post your domains we will continue to investigate.

Just deleted all my browsing stuff too and no luck, also tried on another computer. I am using Internet explorer 7, google chrome and safari.

Someone from yola replied to my email with a screenshot of my page saying it is fine, but that screen shot was an old version of my page as I no longer have the contact me page!

Any help to you?

Yup, major problem for Yola. I'm sure we'd appreciate this not being glossed over inferring this simply our problem.

Hi All

We are very sorry about this and certainly not trying to gloss over the problem. Instead we are trying to get to the bottom of it. The difficulty for us is that we are able to view all the affected sites.

If you are having a problem please do the following:
1) Tell us the URL of your site (thanks to those of you who have already done so)
2) Test your sites at: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and tell us the results.

It would also be helpful if we could stick to one thread as trying to answer multiple threads and emails is slowing down the process. We really want to figure this one out but we are at a loss and need your help.

One theory - I notice the bulk of these domains are .co.uk. We are testing from South Africa and the USA. One possible theory is a connectivity issue in the UK. Is anyone posting on this thread not located in the UK and experiencing the same problem?

Thanks - that is starting to look like the common theme. If it is any comfort those of us outside of the UK are able to view your sites. Understandably you need your site to be visible in your country. We will continue investigating from our side, but this does seem to be a localized problem which is going to make it a challenge to troubleshoot.

Hi all

Thanks for your responses. So far it does seem that all affected users are based in the UK. As such it looks like a network issue further upstream. Please could you try the following steps:

1. Try accessing your site from another computer on another network to see if you still see the error. If you don't see the error, try steps 2 and 3.
2. Contact your ISP to see whether they are blocking the IP address 72.52.4.95. If they are, ask them how the IP address can be unblocked on their side.
3. There may be a network issue between you and Yola causing the error. Please try accessing your site a little later or try clearing your browser cache.

If possible, could you assist us by doing a traceroute on your domain so that we can find out where your site is being blocked. You can watch a video on how to do a traceroute on this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsT3U9.... Once you have the results, please copy and paste them into an email back to us. We will also need to know what your IP address is and you can find it on this link: whatismyip.com as well as confirmation on the exact error message you are seeing on your site.

We've all been trying to access each others sites, on different PCs, on different networks, all over the country. I'm not sure 2. and 3. are going to be appropriate.

Given the fact that we haven't had these problems before, are you suggesting that ISPs are suddenly and simultaneously deciding to block 72.52.4.95 ?

I've just run a traceroute on my site and it doesn't look good.
I ran tracert kumonstudycentre.co.uk and I got this back:

I am not suggesting anything at the moment. Just asking a series of questions in an effort to get to the bottom of the problem. What we need to understand is why is it that only users in the UK are unable to view their sites? The only way to figure it out is to go through a troubleshooting process in a systematic fashion. We really appreciate any information you can provide to this end.
