Issue with Support - I have GOLD Account - Showing I have Free one.

I have a Gold account and pay for Premium Service and now for the last week I have sent emails to support and am told I have a FREE account and I need to pay for Premium Support. What do I have to do to get the records changed and my questions answered as this is frustrating - I sent a note to support letting them know I have a Gold account and got the same email back that is an autorespond that I have a Free account.

You do definitely have a Yola Gold subscription and received the wrong email from us. I have also replied to you via email. You can contact us there if you have further questions.
