Issues using HTLM/CSS in Yola pages

Since starting with Yola last week, I discovered that I had to use some HTML for most of my pages. I know that Yola is a service mainly for people who are not into using Code on their site for the most part.

I have read on some posts to be careful using code on Yola pages. The pages may break. I was wondering if this is something I should be concerned with. I use basically anchor tags linking back to files that reside on my hosting server, and maybe some HTML code to create a table(s).

I don't know of any other ways to create my pages without having to use any HTML code. If there are ways, I would be interested in what my options are, but for the meantime I just want to make sure that I am doing everything right and not jeopardizing the integrity of my site by using some HTML/CSS code.

What a lot of us do is create a test site to try things out on that we are not sure about.

That's what I do but I was just wondering if all works fine if there are issues down the road (if this makes any sense.:)

Hi Randy,

Using snippets of HTML is something that you can do very comfortably with your Yola site, just make sure to test things on a test site before hand to make sure it won't break the page.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
