Issues with activation code

I have put the code emailed to me into the activation code area on logo maker and get code not valid. I then sent you an email which helpfully told me as I only had a free account I would not get help quickly!
I am a silver customer and I have spent many hours getting nowhere with this problem. Can you help?

Hello Heather,

I am sorry you are experiencing a problem with your Logomaker code and that you received a response directed at a Free user.

If you emailed us from an address other than the one you use for your Yola Silver account, or did not enter your address, our system will not be able to pick you up and will incorrectly identify you as a Free user.

I have found your email, and have sent you a new code. Please let me know if you continue to encounter problems!
