it doesnt work

Hi, We have 1 month left on a bronze free package. We are looking to upgrade to a silver package, but it wont let us?! Is this because we have to subscribe to bronze first and then upgrade from there? Please can you advise, thanks

Sorry to hear that! You definitely do not need to subscribe to Bronze first. Can you tell us what happens when you try to upgrade? Are you going through the Sitebuilder or your MyYola account? Have you tried an alternate browser? If there's an error, please post it here. Any additional information you can provide will be helpful in solving this for you!
