Why can I not get in to edit my websites? I am growing increasingly frustrated with Yola.

Hi Matt

Thanks for posting one of your site URL's here.

We have tested and the sites are loading for us. Are you struggling to load the site when you are in My Yola? Does this happen when you select a site from the drop down list? If this is the case, you can try to clear the cache and cookies in your browser. After you have done this, log out and then log into your Yola account again. See if any of your sites will load.

Other things you can try, is to switch to a different web browser. Also, please try logging on from a different internet network than the one you usually use.

Let us know if you continue to have problems.

Still having the same issue. I am able to log into my account but when I click on the red tab "edit" nothing. I have tried on different computers and with different networks and nothing different happens. Please also note that the thumbnail images of my websiute is blank. Usually it had a small image of the website there. I have cleared cookies. I have a mac and I am quite satisfied with safari. I dont see myself installing any other web browser. If the problem persists than quite frankly it is time to move away from yola. Yola is easy to use but quite frankly I have always been troubled by the slow loading problems. But no access is not acceptable.

Hello Matt

I appreciate your helping us troubleshoot the problems you are having.

We tested your account in Safari and cannot replicate the problems you are continually having. As we are not able to replicate the problem on our side, we cannot fix the issue without seeing what you are experiencing - I do understand how frustrating this must be for you.

We would like to do more troubleshooting to help you further. Please email us at support@yola.com so that we can arrange a webex meeting so that we are able to assist you, using the environment you are using.

We look forward to your email.

Thank you for your kind post. I after I read the response in my email I logged in to find that the photo image in the thumbnail was back. When I clicked on the edit button the sitebuilder opened. I have done nothing different. Nor have I even turned off my computer from last night, the last time I attempted to load. Thus, I am not sure the problem is/was on my side as you have been politely suggesting. I will see if the magical fix holds; however, I will say that the on-set of the problem started the day before when the blog section of the site-builder would not load for several hours. If the problem comes back I will email the support to arrange a webex meeting.
