It says my web page doesn't exist!!

The domain name that I purchased is not showing up in my Account or under my Domains but is listed as the name of my site. www.aaronkimi.com when I try to upload the webpage it says it cannot be found. PLEASE HELP!

I paid for this domain name and it isnt even working!!!!!!

I'm having the same problem. I bought my domain www.chouvigny.fr and everything on Yola tells me my site has been published, but it also tells me I have no domains. When I type the URL in the adress bar, it tells me the webpage cannot be found. I payed for the domain, and Yola tells me everything works just fine, when Internet shows me it clearly doesn't...
Please help!

I have checked the payment records and it looks like the second purchase was also refunded :(

Hi Louis,

In looking into your previous case, I can see on June 28th, you requested the following:

"I would like to request a refund for the transaction I have done to acquire the domain name www.chouvigny.fr , as this transaction proved to be unsuccessful."

In turn, at the time you had two duplicate transactions and I proceeded in refunding them as requested.

In looking at the public WHOIS database, I am able to see that your domain has not been registered. However due to a technical glitch, you are receiving an error that the domain is no longer available. I am sending your case to our engineers, and I will let you know when we have an update.

This will be taken care of as soon as possible.

We have checked your domain order with our domain registration partner, and your purchase was declined by the FR registry as the domain name chouvigny.fr is a reserved name.

Unfortunately it appears that the FR registry will not allow you to purchase this domain. You are welcome to try and purchase another similar name instead.

My problem was solved after they fixed that my payment was stuck in an authorized status. I am confident they solve your problem as well!
