Hi Nate,

This means that you haven' set up your Zones completely. make sure that Hawaii and the contiguous states are explicitly referred to

k, i've added hawaii and all the states to the zones section, and even tried adding zip codes, and it still won't "ship to my location", any other problems i could have?

Hi nate,

Sorry that these aren't magic bullet answers. It is probably a very easy fix.

Can you take screen shots of your Shipping and Zones as configured and I'll examine these.

Also if you can tell me your website address and I can examine the product details remotely.

Happy to work through this with you.

In the meantime can you change your Shipper to say FedEx or another simply to see if that will work. If it does then it may well be restrictions imposed by USPS and we'll need to work out why.

PS: make sure that your payment gateway is switched to its sandbox facility s that orders are not sent through as bona-fide :)

You do have a PayPal account that you have plugged into the Online Store Nate?

Please also see this link in the meantime: http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/15853320/USPS

I have a similar problem. I'm only using USPS. I have the weight set up, and the zones. I set up the zones based on sales tax, one rate for the county I live in (Miami), another for the rest of the state I live in (Florida), and no sales tax for anywhere else. It says it can't ship to my location. I'm tried Miami and New York. Neither works.

Hello Eduardo

Have you checked the link Gop provided above? It's a support page from our Yola Online Store partner ecwid.com, and if you replace every "ecwid" by "Yola Online Store", you will be able to check the same things in your Yola Online Store.

Please let me know how that goes.

Yes, I did check that page. It did not help. At all. I am beginning to suspect that this is a bug in the software. It's very frustrating that I am paying for a service that is either not working as it should.

Hello Eduardo

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this problem is causing you right now. I must admit that you've got me there, and that I'll need to ask my team colleagues and those from ecwid for assistance first in order to give you the right solution. Hoping for your patience I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.

Thanks. Since I first commented I thought I had partially solved the problem. I read up on how the zones work and re-configured them, and I finally was seeing shipping options at checkout. BUT only four of the 13 shipping options I'd chosen actually appeared as options at checkout, and they were not even the first four on the list.

Now I've tried it again and this time, for some reason, I am getting the same old message: "No shipping options for this location, package weight and total."

Since it occurred to me this might be a bug I just submitted the issue to ecwid's bug tracker.
