Jittery widget placement

FF 38.0.1Win 8.1
Style: Haystack.
Site file: Spread

Dragging down of  image, text, old text, html widget is unpredictable. The gui displays an unstable placement and the widget most often won't take. Most noticeable if placed at the top bottom of the series and even more so for the first widget placement.

This is the same as happened several years ago.

Hi Gop,

In researching this for you I see that you had a
screenshare session with Andre and were able to resolve the problem so I'm going
to archive this topic. Please open a new one if you need any further
assistance

No Laura,

This was most definitely not resolved.

Clear your browser, check your Flash Update your browser....... Come on... That's not a solution it's a flat, dull and trite  platitude!

Don't remove posts that are still current.

Hi Gop,

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I was working off of notes from your screenshare session but after chatting with Andre today, I realize now that the problem is still ongoing for you and we were simply unable to replicate it.

I disagree that our general troubleshooting tips are a trite platitude. They are actually quite effective to address a wide range of problems, however I do understand that you are aware of them and surely went through them prior to contacting us. Can you please send us a screencast of the problem? I know Andre saw it live in your screenshare, but I will log a case for you with our engineers so they can see it as well if you can send a recording.

The general troubleshooting tips  are not the issue. The proferring of this as a solution was a dismissive elusion.

I think that I have demonstrated the issue clearly with the screenshare. That is enough information for a demonstration of the issue.

Please escalate this for a fix.

Hi Gop,

I realize you're frustrated and I'm sorry to have to ask you for your cooperation but while you were able to demonstrate the error you are experiencing to Andre, no one on our team has been able to replicate it. A screencast which you can record using a free service such as Jing will allow our engineering team to see it which is crucial when we can't include steps to reproduce the error. I realize this is asking a lot of you and if you aren't able to do it I fully understand but if you are willing to help in this way it's possible it will expedite a solution.
