Junk mail from money lenders from my contact form.
Can anyone help me eradicate this problem without compromising other genuine enquiries?
The junk mail (10-20 per day) comes from different email addresses but are basically from the same spammer.

Hi Gerry

I have replied to your email to support on this topic. Please check your support case for a response.

The best way to combat contact form spam is to use Captcha authentication, but it looks like you are already doing this. My only other suggestion is to eliminate any email addresses that are typed directly on your site as these are highly accessible to spam bots.

If that doesn't solve the problem, please forward us an example of the spam so we can investigate further.

Hi Monique,

Thanks for reply. The only spam comes through the contact page which doesn't have a visible email address.Nothing comes through to my gerry@highcleansolutions email address which is on one page .
Please see sample of spam below.

Kind regards

Hi Gerry,

We hate SPAM as much as you, and I wish I could say there was an easy fix. You are already following our best practices to avoid SPAM on your contact form so I'm afraid we don't have much further advice for you. You can try removing your form temporarily if you can afford to do this and then re-adding it within a day or so in the hopes that the spammer might move on, but I realize this is far from ideal for your business and is not at all a guaranteed solution. Alternately you can continue to delete the SPAM and hope that they move on sooner rather than later. I'm sorry I don't have a better solution for you at this time.
