Keep getting "Updating Sitebuilder" message

I keep getting this message: "We're updating Sitebuilder. Save your site, and we'll automatically update Sitebuilder to the latest version."

Not just now and again but repeatedly, especially when adding widgets. Sometimes the message repeats 2 or 3 times, reloading the site-builder every time before it settles down again. I've experienced this for a couple days now and I'm pretty sure what I'm doing shouldn't be overloading the system. How can I avoid this?

Hi jylee14,

You are right there wouldn't be an overload of the system. The only thing I can suggest and you my have already done these: Update your Flash, Java and Clear your browser caches.

If it continues I would try it on another computer to check the specificity of the error being related to one computer. If it still continues then suspect the network. Try another ISP if you can and see if that helps.

That should (?) give you some idea if it's a local or remote issue.

It's unlikely to be the Yola servers because there are no other reports at this time and I know others are currently editing their sites successfully.

We did deploy a new version of the sitebuilder. However, you should not have received this message. It could have been a bug on our part, but it should be resolved now. Please let us know if you still see the messages.
