I just want to say that I am so impressed with your customer service. Sometimes it gets so frustrating when things don't work the way one thinks they should. But you guys really try to respond as quickly as you can and are sincerely wanting to help. Thanks for your patience and perseverance.
Keep it up! I'm sure you'll be hearing from me again. I'm still learning!

It is particularly important for us to hear when things are not going smoothly so that we can improve. We really want to make SynthaSite better so that our users always have a good experience. Although we do offer private email support if you need it, participating in an open forum is helpful to other users as they can benefit from the questions you ask and the answers you share.
