Hi Justin,

You simply use keywords in your alt text.

If you are using the image or text widgets then there is a place to add these.

If on the other hand you adding your images with basic HTML then you need to add the attribute with HTML code

Example:
<img src="resources/{optional folder}/soup.jpg" width="xxx" height="yyy" alt="cauliflower soup, with local truffle shavings ">

H2 tags don't carry any SEO weight only H1.

Putting code in this forum in boxes can be done at least by one of two ways.

You can wrap the code in < code> ... < /code>tags or in < blockquote>...< /blockquote> tags. {Sorry about the additional space between the initial angle bracket and the first letter of the tag, this is because the forum tries to render it so I have to spread it out with a space}

For example my alt tag for my facebook redirect from the homepage would be

<a href="https://www.facebook.com/MjsTradeOutletInternetTraffic"><img src="resources/fb.jpg" width="300" height="120" alt="our facebook page, facebook fan page"/></a>

Head Elements

Attention: Please note that this analysis does not check your title, description, or keyword meta tags for certain issues such as excessive keyword repetition. Such practices can be seen as spamdexing techniques by search engines, triggering spam filters, and should be avoided.
Title Tag

Title: MJ's Internet Traffic

The title tag contains 21 characters which is perfect.

The title tag relevancy to the page content is 100% which is perfect.
Google Webmaster Help Video about Title Tags

Matt Cutts, Head of Google's Webspam Team explains why you should tweak your titles and descriptions to improve your CTR.

This tag is one of the most important ranking factors in the search engines ranking algorithms, so populating your most important keywords in this tag will dramatically increase the search engine rankings of the page.

Place the most important keywords or keyword phrases at the beginning of the tag and keep your title short, roughly 10 to 64 characters including spaces. Try to minimize the use of stop words, such as a, an, of, on, etc., as they consume character count and offer no value.

If you feel that the length is insufficient, then use no more than 70. Over 70 will not contribute any weight as part of the document.

Avoid including in your title any irrelevant words (not found on the page),because it will weaken the impact on your targeted keywords. It can also trigger spam filters of various search engines.
Meta Description Tag

Meta Description: Supplying quality Adult, Alexa and regular website traffic and social media covering Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube.

The description meta tag contains 126 characters which is excellent.

The description meta tag relevancy to the page content is 100% which is perfect.
Google Webmaster Help Video about Meta Description Tags

Matt Cutts, Head of Google's Webspam Team explains Google doing away with the use of the meta description.

This Meta tag doesn't offer any SEO advantage, but simply provides a brief description of a web page. It is important that the description clearly describes the purpose of the page, because it's not just for the search engines results snippets, but primarily for humans to read.

This can provide potential visitors very relevant information that probably will not be displayed in the snippet otherwise, and can increase the CTR from the search engine results.

Keep all descriptions larger than 50 characters, and no more than 149 characters, including spaces, Google displays 154 characters, but other search engines display even less.

If for some reason you cannot achieve that, at least place the most important information at the beginning of the first sentence. This will guarantee that both users and search engines will see the most important information about your page.

Be aware that if you are adding irrelevant words into the description it can possibly trigger search engine spam filters. Make certain the tag is relevant to the page theme. Avoid adding text that is not found within the visible text of the page.

To recap: Description meta tags are not made for search engines, they are made for humans. So write a text that sells to convert the searcher into a buyer, and achieve the best 'Return On Your Search Engine Marketing Campaign Investment'.
Meta Keywords Tag

Keywords / keyphrases: buy facebook likes, internet traffic, YouTube views, twitter followers

The keywords meta tag contains 4 keywords / keyphrases which is perfect.

The keywords meta tag relevancy to the page content is 100.00% which is perfect.
Google Webmaster Help Video about Meta Keywords Tags

Matt Cutts, Head of Google's Webspam Team explains why Google does not use the keywords meta tag in web rankings.

This Meta tag provides a list of words or phrases about the contents of the Web page. This tag provides some additional text for crawler-based search engines. However because of frequent attempts to abuse their system, most search engines ignore this tag.

None of the major crawler-based search engines provide support for this Meta tag!

Similar to the Meta Description tag, there is a limit in the number of captured characters within the Keywords Meta tag. Keep the tag to between 4 and 8 keywords or keyword phrases, to separate the different keywords and keyword phases simply place a comma between the terms.

For the search engines that may still take this tag into consideration when determining rankings, move the most important keywords to the beginning to increase their prominence, make sure that the keywords appear at least once in your page content and avoid repetitions to avoid spam penalties.

The keywords contains stop words which are ignored by the most search engines.

Stop Words:buy
Robots Meta Tag

No robots meta directives found.

If you want to prevent search engines from indexing a page, or you want to prevent the alternative description from the ODP/DMOZ or the Yahoo Directory from being displayed in the search results, the implementation of this tag is necessary.

Page Most Relevant Keywords / Keyphrases

In 2006, Google came up with a new algorithm called "Phrase Rank", which is a process of indexing including identification of phrases and/or related phrases.

That system analyzes the sequences of words and evaluates them as good or bad phrases. Good phrases are the ones that occur quite frequently across the indexed documents or have a distinguished appearance.

Taking this into account, Google possesses a very effective method against manipulation attempts such as with the well known nonsense method "keyword density" or the "dynamically generated" keyword-rich web pages. Having a keyword density which is very high could result in triggering spam filters on a search engine, drastically reducing your chances of getting high rankings.

Be certain that you have structured themes in your content, and that you include a supporting cast of semantically connected keywords. Reference Google's patent 7,249,121 - Identification of semantic units from within a search query.

These are keywords found on the web page. These are the words which you probably intend to be targeted for in the search engines.

The three lists indicate single words, groups of two words, and groups of three words, respectively. Following the word, or group of words, is the number of times it was found on the page, and the keyword density for that word or phrase.

The links that follow the list items will give search results for the keyword(s) at Google, Yahoo!, and Bing Search, respectively.

You should consider placing only targeted keywords from this list into your keywords meta tag in order to achieve 100% relevancy to your page content.

The Page Displayed within Search Engine Results

This is an example of how your site might appear as a listing within search results.

MJ's Internet Traffic
Supplying quality Adult, Alexa and regular website traffic and social media covering Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube.
http://www.mjs-internet-traffic.co.uk

Attention: The description tag contents may not always be displayed in the search results. Often the search engines will display portions of your page's content which contain words used in the search query. This helps people to see if your page is relevant to their search request.

Sometimes the search engine will display information about your site taken from the Open Directory Project (ODP) instead of your description meta tag. You can force the search engine to ignore the ODP information by including a robots meta tag like this: .

The "noodp" robots meta tag is fully supported by Google, Yahoo!, and Bing.

If your site is listed in the Yahoo! Directory, Yahoo! search results will display information about your site taken from their directory instead of the contents of your description meta tag. As above, you can force Yahoo! to ignore the directory information by including this robots meta tag: .

The "noydir" robots meta tag is only supported by Yahoo!.

For further information, read our article, Using NOODP & NOYDIR.

Keywords Found in the Anchor Tags

These are words used in the text links on your web page combined with the 'alt' attribute text of images which are used as links.

Attention: These are becoming more important to many search engines. For best results the keywords used should be relevant to the linked page. You should also consider using these keywords in the 'title' attribute of the links and in the 'title' attribute of the images. Remember that 'alt' attribute text is an alternative to the image, and should make sense for the image's context within the page.

This list shows the keywords and number of times they were found. The links that follow the list items will give search results for the keyword(s) at Google, Yahoo!, and Bing, respectively.

Keywords Found in Image Alt Attributes

This is text found in the 'alt' attribute text from the images. For web pages with a large number of images this text is very important.

Many webmasters and inexperienced or unethical SEOs abuse the use of this attribute, trying to stuff it with keywords, hoping to achieve a certain keyword density, even though KW density is not as relevant for rankings as it once was.

Do you use the 'alt' attributes with care? Read our article about the use of the 'alt' attribute to learn more about implementing them properly.

Images Dimensions Tip: While on Google Image Search you can find images in a wide range of dimensions, if you want to break through with universal search it is highly recommended to keep your images dimensions within certain parameters. An image size of at least 250x300 seems to be the accepted norm. Larger are OK, but smaller are not.

It's great work Justin and you don't really expect someone to review this do you.. this is almost the stuff of syntheses?

You have done far more than the average person does with SEO and if you have stayed with absolute and authoritative recommendations then it's your best chance.

Now you have to be patient and continue adding quality content as quality content will over-ride any and all SEO ploys. Matt Cutts

In your discussions you have hit on a number of controversial aspects and that is really good to see like the Title, like the metadescription having no SEO advantage, complete non mention of meta-keywords. That is just excellent stuff Justin. All the stuff of quality SEO discussions.

h1 tags seem to matter but not h2-h6 at all.

Takes time Justin. I wouldn't worry about wrapping text in HTML tags. Remember it's the content not the wrapping ultimately.

You may be able to add robots.txt in the header code of your site. This is the only access that Silver, Gold have to this part of the site.

Never seen that and certainly no mention of this by guru Matt Cutts. There's a lot of extrapolation on SEO "intelligence" but i really think that you have to stay with facts rather than heresay.

Many summaries are based on poor science whereby a person does something and maybe coincidentally gets an increase in SERPs and presumes it is because of their action but really it could be due to a number of uncontrolled variables.
