Hi there... This is my first time setting up a website. I have no knowledge of it actually... What I did was, I obtained my domain name from ( and build my site using Yola. Now, I can't get my site published because I can't direct it to the page I created with Yola. This could be a simple problem to you all but I am in a jam here... and I hope I did give a great title to this question :-). Thanking you in advance.

Hi Jeff

Thank you - the explanation of what you are trying to do is quite clear! What you need to do is configure your DNS (domain name system) settings with the company you bought your domain from.

This can be a bit tricky as each domain registrar has a slightly different system. However, once it is done you will be able to publish your Yola site quite easily.

Here are the instructions:

If you run into difficulty you may need to contact your domain registrar for support so they can tell you how to use their particular set of domain name management tools. Also, do get back to us if you are still stuck and we will see if we can offer any additional advice.
