Leaving Yola due to high prices and disappointing policies - how do I transfer my domains?

When I decided to buy my domains through you I was told that paying for the domain included REMOVING the "MAKE A FREE SITE BY YOLA" branding from my sites.
All of a sudden the branding re-appeared in ALL my Yola sites while the price for buying a domain with you is ridiculously expensive at 32 euro per year!!!
I am planning to transfer all my domains elsewhere cause with you guys the nasty surprises keep coming non-stop. Can you please let me know how I can direct the domains I bought through you to my host?
that is: www.forty-something.com www.shiptocyprus.com www.shiptomalta.com
PS A couple of years ago one of my sites won the award to the best Synthasite website. I was impressed with you guys. Now I am very disappointed.

Hello Bianca,
I'm really sorry that the Yola Footer reappeared on your sites, that is definitely something that should not have happened. It is true that now the Yola footer removal requires a Yola Silver account, but for people who had this from way back we are happy to remove it from your sites. I have taken care of doing this and the footer is no longer showing in your Sitebuilder. If you are still seeing it on your published site you can re-publish and that will fix it.

I have been with Yola for close to three years and remember when your site was our winner, we really hope that you don't decide to leave Yola due to this, we would really hate to see you go. You've been with us a really long time and if you would like to send an email to support@yola.com and mark it Attn: Emmy I would be happy to provide you with a discount on your domain renewal. Or if you have more questions please feel free to let me know.

Should you choose to transfer your domains away you can do this and there are instructions on this tutorial: Transfer your domain to a different host, although we really hope you decide to stay.

Thanks so much for your reply and for taking action on my comments.

When my site won that award I had the opportunity to have a chat-lesson with your CEO and was very impressed as to how human the whole Yola set-up felt. I am glad to see that this has not been lost after all and it was just my perception following a couple of unfortunate experiences. I will definitely not leave Yola... thanks for helping me put the situation into the right context again!

I will contact you when the time comes to renew my sites and thank you for making sure that the Yola footer was removed from all of them.
