Hi, how do I add a link to my parent directory? This is a recipe site so for instance if someone is viewing a recipe in salads can I put a link at top of page so they can go back to the list of salads rather than the nav link? Also, is there a way to alter color of recipes they have already accessed? My site is food4memories.com. Thanks for your help!

hello Rizan22,

have tried a couple of your recipes. great. The only mod I did was more chillie! :)

To do a section back what I have done is create a title on teh page with for instance "Salads" Then create a text link to your Salads page. Easy.

So Pull in a text widget (with or wihout the help of a two column widget, depends on your layout)

Type Salads
Highlight the word salad with your mouse, go up to your text edit bar and click the little chain link icon. The link editor will open, Select Page and click the ellipse on the RHS. Then select your salad page and OK. You're done!

PS: Rizan. a very exotic secret recipe to add.

One mango, one cup of strawberries (frozen/fresh) a tablespoon of evaporated milk (Iknow different names different countries but the canned concentrated unsweetened milk) some sugar. Blend 30" with crushed ice. Bliss!

I have forgotten the name of it. it was eggs dropped into rice with tomatoes. Brilliant. I added 5 Birds Eye chillies ponded in a mortar with garlic.

"beside the stream'. Good name?

The other was the "Shwarma"? sorry I really can't recall excatly the names. I have too many tabs open on my PC at the momentnand if I opened another I would have to walk a 100 meters to read it at the end of the screen :)
