Link NEW Email to Gmail

I created evan@myintentionalsolutions.com for my website, www.myintentionalsolutions.com.
The same site is linked to www.intentional-interiors.com, which I am currently using evan@intentional-interiors.com for my email. I am currently getting the "interiors" email address forwarded to my Gmail account, which is what I'm hoping to do with the new "solutions" email address.
So far, nothing works - and the address is not recognized when trying to import on Gmail. Please advise ASAP. Business cards have been ordered with evan@myintentionalsolutions.com email address and I need up and running.

Can you please check for me if it is activated in your evan@myintentionalsolutions.com Yola Mail account that all e-mails will be forwarded to your gmail address? You can see this in your Yola Mail account under Settings > Mail > Forwarding and Forwarding Settings. Is your correct gmail address under "Forwarding", and is the "Forwarding Settings" option enabled?

If so and it's still not working, please let me know, and I'll investigate further for you.

Inbox cannot find.
Does not appear to be activated.
I can't find "settings" anywhere, I can't check inbox for the new email address and gmail does not recognize the email address or account.
Please advise.

I also got an auto response from Yola asking me to upgrade above the FREE stuff, which I did back in January, so my account should reflect that I already have a SILVER account.

If I understand you correctly, you are within your Gmail account and try to tell Gmail to collect your e-mails from evan@myintentionalsolutions.com, is this correct?

Let's try it the other way round and set in your Yola Mail account to forward all incoming e-mails to your Gmail account.

Your Yola Mail mailbox evan@myintentionalsolutions.com is displayed fine for me in your My Yola. Can you please go to this link http://mail.myintentionalsolutions.co... and log into your Yola Mail account. From there please follow these steps:
  1. Look for the settings section in the left-hand side column and click on "Mail".

  2. You will find a list of options. Go to "Forwarding" and enter your Gmail e-mail address.

  3. Make sure that the "Forwarding settings" below are set to "enabled".

Now all incoming e-mails should be forwarded to your Gmail account.

If you can't log into your Yola Mail account, please log into your Yola account, click on "Yola Mail" in the left-hand side menu, and then on the Change password option to change your password. If the change is successful, please try to log into your Yola Mail account again.

If you should get stuck at any stage and get an error message, please let me know.

In terms of your subscription package I can confirm that you have Yola Silver and that it is still on until January 2013 as you said. If you keep getting wrong e-mails from us, please forward them to us via e-mail to support@yola.com, so that we can check if it is our fault or if any abuse is happening. Thanks.
